ABOUT JENNIFER

My name is Jennifer Cleveland, and I’m a Transaction Coordinator with a deep-rooted passion for real estate. I’ve been in the business since 2004 and earned my real estate license in 2005. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to wear many hats in this industry—each one giving me a unique perspective and a stronger foundation for what I do today.

From starting out as an Agent to working as a Leasing Agent, Assistant, Office Manager, Property Manager, and even an HOA Property Manager, I’ve truly seen the many sides of real estate. Every role I’ve taken on has sharpened my skills, broadened my understanding, and deepened my commitment to helping others navigate the often

complex process of buying and selling homes.

Today, my primary focus is being a Transaction Coordinator, and I absolutely love what I do. I get to be the behind-the-scenes support system, making sure that every detail is handled and that each transaction runs smoothly from contract to close. My goal is to help agents stay organized and clients feel confident, knowing that

everything is on track and in capable hands.

Real estate isn’t just a job for me—it’s a career I’ve built over decades, and one I truly care about. I’m here to make your process easier, more efficient, and as stress-free as possible.
